On the Beach
The first day at the beach we felt like having some paella, and the smell that was coming from the kitchen at La Gargola was so delicious that we went in without even thinking about the time. You'll notice that there are no problems getting in on weekdays, but if you go on a Saturday it's better to have a reservation. The set menu of the day doesn't include drinks, but without dessert it'll run you around 28 €, for which they offer you a little snack while you're waiting. For the first dish we got some mushroom croquettes and foie, as well as a really good plate of ham and tomato bread, and for the second dish we got the paella with prawns and crayfish.
