A Tortilla Tapa for Gourmands
Descartes said it best, go to the essentials: there's nothing like your mom's tortilla de patata, of course, but give them a chance to cook at Bar La Fuente in Castro Urdiales. It's juicy, flavorful food in a friendly atmosphere. You'll notice a picture of the owners with Arzak and Ferrá Adria, all of them are happy (and Santiago Segura, but that's another story). They also throw together a tapas tasting every two weeks here that's very recommendable.
