Un laberinto de calles nos esperan llenas de vida, un escaparate y lugar de encuentro, dentro de la nueva flor, Addis Abeba. Que cambiada la encontré, desde mi primer viaje en 2001, sobre todo la zona centro esta pujante por ser y ofrecer, edificaciones modernas y modernas cafeterías donde es genial tomarte un tentempié. Pero tal vez donde mejor buceemos ansiosos de sensaciones sea en el "merka to" al aire libre como ellos lo llaman. Un mundo aparte de calles, con todo tipo de comercio y una actividad frenética sin duda, es mejor ir acompañado, es tal laberinto que no sería extraño perderse la verdad. Producto estrella el café en grano, legumbres y el teff, el cereal para la injera, y los puestos donde producen un tipo de requesón muy compacto, del que no me acuerdo del nombre. Un lugar donde experimentaremos la vida auténtica de un mercado africano, en la capital de Etiopía.
