La Dolce Vita

I believe that, for me, a pizza cooked without a wood oven, is like a garden without flowers, the crust of the pizza must be crunchy ... but maybe I'm just too demanding. This Pizzeria is located just opposite the Hotel Casino, in Rocha beach, and despite being winter and the empty neighboring premises, there wre a good number of people there, but most took their pizzas to go. The place is quite cozy, and the oven is situated so that when you realize that it is not a wood oven you already have the pizza on the table, haha, we chose one pizza with seafood and shrimp and another with bacon with egg, which were not bad, but cooled before finishing them, a shame really ....

Vegetarian ordered pasta and received meat ravioli. No one came to check back after starters or main course. A salad lover ordered the goats cheese salad and ( considering the luxury price of this salad!!) was highly annoyed when she found the chefs squashed two end bits of cheese together and pretended it was normal! I complained and was laughed at.
So i left it.. and they still charged me full price.
They seemed to give very good service to friends.. but nothing like that to normal customers. I felt rather awkward.. as though i was butting in to someones event. Service with a smile but
