Saudade
Charming with a flamenco feel
Built on an Andalusian house, this restaurant has a charm and a flamenco feel as soon as one enters.
A beautiful Andalusian patio welcomes us, decorated typically and surrounded by plants and azahar (orange blossoms). It may seem like a typical tourist restaurant in which the premises are nice, but the food not. Nothing could be further from the truth. An extensive menu is offered, from traditional Andalusian recipes to a long list of fishes or meats cooked in a thousand and one ways.
I opted for the gilt-head bream with vegetables that really was spectacular. An obligatory visit, this beautiful corner of Seville.
