A balcony on the Cantbrico
The La Colina, as the name (which translates as "The Hill") suggests, is situated on a hill next to Gijon, overlooking the Bay of Biscay. The views are breathtaking, you can see the sea from every room. The facilities are new and in very good condition. Do not miss the breakfast, which in my opinion is better than some 5 * hotels. And if you have chance to enjoy the walking path that runs alongside the hotel on top of the cliffs, do it! Oh, and the service at the hotel is excellent.
