Dating back to 1947, this was designed to facilitate its residents' lives. So you can find different shops, a school, daycare ... even a garden. Today this commune is still inhabited, but you can also visit, if you sign the register. The best place to go is the 9th floor roof terrace, which offers a lovely view over the city.
