La Casa del Vermut

If you visit Tarragona, you can't leave without having an al-fresco vermouth on one of the terraces in the plaza. The local custom is to go and have a drink around noon. I’d suggest Casa del Vermut in the Plaza del Rey. You can sit out on the square with a cool vermouth in hand and have a lovely time just watching the world pass by. They even gave us croquettes as a personal touch and they were delicious!

There is nothing like a good vermouth on a Sunday before going to eat and if you can do it in a cool place with good company all the better. One of the most suitable places for this is the home of Vermouth in Tarragona, in the Plaza del Rey, in full upper section around the cathedral. Apart from its vermouth which is very much great and self-produced, freely available, you can have some snacks, like chips. It is all great here,
