La Batia Hotel
As soon as you arrive, you can feel the historical past of this building. Apparently it is an old monastery converted into a hotel. When you enter the hotel, you realize that it must haver been an abbey or monastery due to the narrow passageways, hidden corners and different locations of the rooms. Some rooms were on the outside as well. Others had an outlet nearby for access to the pools. The pools were not too bad, maybe a little small but well maintained. One was for adults and one for children. They are equipped with deck chairs around the edge so I could enjoy some Sicilian sun. The only downside were the wasps.
