Tradition and Local Food
You will never have a bad meal in Toledo, rest assured. But there are some places that, for some reason or another, are better known. This is the case of La Abadía, restaurant of one of the most famous hotel owners of the city, which has opened various places. This one is very interesting.
It is even fun to get there, since you have to walk along narrow streets of the old downtown. In the first floor you can have a couple of beers in the bar. And in the lower floor, the best part: the caves.
The food is fantastic, with a touch of originality and modernity while respecting traditional and local food.
