Korana Campsite

A good budget option for sleep and rest during the obligatory visit to the Plitvice Lakes. Whether you need to rest after visiting the lakes, or are on a repeat visit, this is an excellent choice, as the campsite is located within 10-15 kilometers of lakes, towards Karlovac. The area combines RV camping, tents, and a number of small bungalows near the entrance of the campsite. The bungalows are usually in high demand. In our case, we chose the latter option, and although the bungalows are very-very small, they are not bad for a night, with two single beds, one on each side. Inside the bungalow, which is more like a narrow triangle, it plays the joke of making me feel like a little gnome ;-).
