Knulp Bar

More than just a bar, Knulp, hidden among the narrow streets of the beautiful Stari Grad Trieste, has been a cultural landmark for years. In addition to serving herbal teas, ginseng drinks, fine wines, cakes, and hot dishes, there's also a library where you can find a large section dedicated to cinema and music (with DVDs and CDs), a corner for gourmet shopping, and an area where you can use the internet. In the back room they have regular film screenings, book presentations, cultural debates. The atmosphere is friendly, warm, and welcoming.
