This is one of the hotels with the best price-quality ratio in Vietnam and, with a little haggling, you can get a room with AC and TV for 5€. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the hotel can make you feel a bit of vertigo it's a very high, narrow building (as is common in Vietnam) and can give the impression that you can collapse at any time.
