Big clean hotel
After backpacking around Vietnam for three weeks in August, I was met with difficulties to find a free room, as I hadn't prebooked. Halong Bay area is very touristy and not just western operators, there are many local and Chinese tourists who enjoy the area and the beaches. We found this hotel after much searching and with a lot of luck. The rooms are very big and clean, air-conditioned, the owner is lovely and the hotel will arrange a boat trip around the bay.
