Khaytarih
Khaitarih means "the way of the wind" in Arabic, which is a reference to it being called the "Windy City," which is the nickname of Essaouira. It's a lounge restaurant that's next to the city's wall, on Orson Welles' garden side. This place is open every day, starting at 7 a.m. When you wake up in the city, you can come and have breakfast while gazing at the sea just beyond. They close at 1 a.m., and at night it's a place that serves alcohol. There is music and you can dance in the little lounge, and even give the fusion cuisine a try. They blend Moroccan, French and European dishes. The place is a little bit expensive, the food comes out to be around 30 euros per person for dinner.
