Keylong Hostel

This hostel is right in the town's bus station. If you come by bus you will find it easily since it is across the platforms. It has single, double, and basic rooms as well as rooms to share with other travelers. The price that I paid is almost a joke at about 100 rupees, something like 2 euros. They will feed you if you ask. The guy who runs it is a valuable source of information, very open and willing to accompany you wherever you need to go in his spare time. You can see a lot from your room and from the terrace, and you can see the other side of the mountain, the road that brings you up here and the snow peaks of 5 to 6000 meters high, which belong to the Ladakh mountain range.
