Kayak

In the Loire Atlantique coves, along the Vendée islands and beaches, you can sail the tributaries of the Loire, Sarthe, Loir, Mayenne, the Erdre of the Sevre, or the heart of the Marais Poitevin or Briere. There are lots of special places amid the wild nature. And all of this in addition to sea kayaking or canoeing, which is the perfect mode of transport for this relaxed place. It's a different way of exploring the Pays de la Loire. Work some muscle and paddle through the river, the current will take you where you least expect it. But be careful because sometimes it can be treacherous. It's accessible to everyone, and requires prior training.
