Ideal for winter and summer
The Kabila Restaurant always surprises me, it doesn't matter if it's summer or winter. In early winter the spoon and meat dishes are the perfect finale to a tour of this part of the Serrania de Ronda. The "saltavallao", the "Ratatouille" with organic products or the "beef gazpacho" are good. If you like goat or lamb, here it's deadly. In summer it's an ideal place to spend the day and I can think of nothing better than enjoying the Benarrabá pool (it's managed by the same people as the restaurant) and eating on the terrace between the pool and the restaurant. For summer the best dishes are the "garlic soup" or "gazpacho" made with organic tomatoes (a real gazpacho that isn't from a carton).
