Juvia comes with signature dishes because everyone from the chefs to the sommelier are well-known in Florida.
The chef Sunny Oh has created a delightful Asian fusion menu and the desserts at the hands of Gourreau Gregory are a revelation for the palate. The decor is the most impressive I've seen in a restaurant in South Beach. Based on the colors purple, green and white - very art deco - the interior incorporates a number of distinct elements including an agate bar lit from within and an impressive terrace with a hanging garden of tropical plants and orchids cascading down the walls to the trickle of running water.
