The best calamari
I know the Josmi Bar because my parents lived in Palencia, it is in my old neighborhood, where my father lives, and since then ( 26 years) it is exactly as in the beginning. The service is excellent and this is where I ate the best shrimp and the best calamari of Palencia (I say Palencia because the best shrimp is in Oviedo at the bar La Paloma, which a good friend took me. Ummm .. they were delicious ...). It is a small bar but service is very fast and everyone there is doing the same ... eating tapas! Hahaha ...
