JCG Restaurante 1* Michelin Fuimos a cenar en este restaurante, mientras estábamos veraneando en la Reserva del Higuerón. Nos gustó mucho el sitio, el comedor impresionante justo enfrente del jardín vertical diseñado por Patrick Blanc. En cuanto a la comida : el menú degustación de 20 bocados merece un diez, el servicio discreto, profesional y pendiente en cada momento. Que lástima que no haya habido más gente cenando!

JCG 1 * Michelin restaurant went to dinner at this restaurant while we were vacationing in Higueron. We liked the room, the dining room opposite the impressive vertical garden designed by Patrick Blanc. As for the food: the tasting menu of 20 snacks deserves a ten, discreet service, professional and outstanding at all times. Too bad there was not more diners!
