Irukina
An extensive menu
"Family restaurants" are an economical way to eat in Japan. These are comfortable, spacious, and offer plenty of amenities. One of these is always an open bar without alcohol (if you want to ask in Japanese, it's called "dorinku ba") that offers unlimited refills on all kinds of drinks: soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc for a very low price (usually less than 300 yen). Many people go to these restaurants to study, bringing their laptops. They usually have large tables, and are a good place to bring children, as they always have a special kids' menu and games.
You can find different varieties - Italian, Chinese, international, etc.
Jonathan's is not the cheapest (but still NOT expensive), but it is fairly complete. It's international cuisine and their menu is quite extensive: salads, beef, fish, sandwiches, Japanese food, pasta, sweets. Besides its open bar is extensive and has many types of tea that you can choose to infuse yourself. The premises are very spacious and bright and aren't normally too full. And as always in Japan, service is very good. You can find branches in many places, but the photo here is from the street Meijijingumae Meiji (Meiji Dori). It is the junction where you'll also find the GAP and Condomania.
