Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen

Visiting the Disney parks in California can also be a culinary experience! During my last visit, I discovered Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen, a New Orleans-style restaurant whose star plate is Gumbo Ya-ya with beans, sausage, chicken and rice. But, don't forget to try the wraps or the Louisiana Crab Cake, a deep fried crab cake served with cucumber dipping sauce. Amazing!
