Kenya, noi siamo stati a Watamu, Jacaranda Beach Resort, sinceramente potessi tornare indietro cambierei villaggio, lo staff italiano molto scortese e sopratutto impreparato, io stessa mi sono dovuta occupare della conferma del viaggio di ritorno, al quale solitamente pensa un responsabile. Per il resto il posto meraviglioso, non abbiamo avuto problemi con le zanzare, anche se abbiamo fatto per prevenzione la profilassi anti malarica. Siamo stati 2 giorni in safari, bello Tzavo est. Abbiamo dormito nelle tende, comprensive di letto matrimoniale, doccia e wc, ogni comfort, il lodge oltre ad essere una spesa eccessiva, non ti lascia fare una vera esperienza a contatto con la savana. Noi ci siamo svegliati più volte la notte, per le scimmie che correvano sulla tenda, il barrito degli elefanti alla pozza vicina, e le risate un po' agghiaccianti delle iene. Ma la cosa più emozionante il ruggito del leone, anche se in quel momento almeno io, non sono più riuscita a dormire. Abbiamo fatto anche visita a Malindi, e il safari blu con i fenicotteri. Troverete i beach boys in spiaggia, ragazzi del luogo, che per di far soldi si venderebbero la madre, ma alcuni sono ottimi ragazzi, con loro e altre 4 coppie abbiamo fatto una gita di un giorno comprensiva di; safari blu, snorkeling, visita a Gedi con le scimmie strepitose, e isola dell'amore più pranzo di crostacei, cernia aragosta e ananas che non ha niente a vedere con il nostro. Tutto questo a 30 euro a persona, chiaramente noi tutti abbiamo contrattato un bel po', ma alla fine è stata una delle esperienze più belle della mia vita.
