The finger of Mussolini

One of the few skyscrapers of Turin skyline, this monument is a must because of its central position, its bluish lights and its translucent balconies. It was built between 1931 and 1933 by Melis Amrmando Villa and Giovanni Bernoco, this building is usually accused of "finger Mussolini" since it is a command of the famous character of Fascist Italy. It is true that his final round at the top seems to be a finger rose, symbol of a happily transient rise.
