Sunsets are extraordinary
You'll encounter some of the best views of the St Paul skyline and Mississippi River from Mounds Park in the capitol city of Minnesota. Sunsets are extraordinary to watch from this spot, but to also home to a rich history of the area. Named Mounds Park for the numerous Indian burial mounds that reside along the cliff front and are protected by fences as a sacred area.
Stroll the length of the park or enjoy a picnic with your family while enjoying the views and paying tribute to those that came before you.
