A beautiful cafe
In front of the Palace of the Popes, this is a beautiful cafe with a terrace offering the best views of the city. The name In & Off refers to the theatre festival which takes place every year in mid-July: there are shows both "In", in theatres and concert halls, and "Off", in the street or casual buildings. It's a classic cafe offering good breakfasts and light lunches made from local produce. Goat cheese salad, duck breast, grilled fish ... be aware that prices are higher in peak season.
