Golden Baroque altarpiece
This church is quite close to the Carmelite Church (Igreja do Carmo) and was built on the remains of a medieval chapel in the sixteenth century, though it was rebuilt after the earthquake of Lisbon in the eighteenth century, the columns were reshaped to look like the ones in the Cathedral. It has 3 naves with side chapels, one of the Blessed Sacrament and one of Nossa Senhora da Vitória (with a wall covered in blue tiles and a recumbent image in an urn). The altar has a golden Baroque altarpiece.
