Let me first say that the Icebar Oslo is a place for tourists, offering an interesting and fun experience that I think is worth it. The bar is completely made of ice (minus the floor and ceiling), and on entry you get a special suit to wear with gloves built-in (the glasses are also made of ice). With the Oslo card entry pass you can go in for 15 euros, and you can choose between many drinks.
