A spectacular fair
When we found ourselves in Ibiza in May, we went to Dalt Vila, and saw a beautiful medieval town. It's like an outdoor theatre, with a village of minstrels, artists, falconers, craftsmen, goldsmiths, spice merchants, dancers, chocolate manufacturers, women dressed in traditional costume ... there's everything you can imagine! I think they've also recreated a Roman camp in the nearby gardens. If you can go to Ibiza in May, don't miss this spectacular medieval fair.
