Ibiza

De Ibiza puedo decir dos cosas, una antes de visitarla y otra después. La primera es la idea preconcebida que tenía de ser una isla repleta de turistas, jóvenes, y que todo estaba dirigido a ese turismo. Pero me equivoqué, fuera de la famosa fiesta ibicenca encontré un paraíso mediterráneo. Desde entonces he estado 3 veces. La isla tiene dos "polos", el puerto de Ibiza y Sant Antonio , El puerto de Ibiza, capital de la isla nos lleva a los inicios piratas desde su emblemática fortaleza y su casco antiguo. En cambio Sant Antonio tiene el Don de acostar el sol en sus costas, veáse Café del mar. Después de estos dos rincones clásicos me fui a las Calas de Ibiza que me enamoraron: Cerca de Sant Antoni al sur encontramos Cala Conta, muy cerca de la isla del Bosc, esta zona costera es bellísima cala Tarida, cala Molí, cala vedella cala Carbó, cala d'Hort (vistas Es Vedrà muy cerca está Es pedrera o Atlantis). Al norte Cala salada y cala saladeta esta última una miniatura de cala pero preciosa. Cala Albarca que no hay más que rocas enormes, acantilados espectaculares, el acceso es largo y sinuoso, nada de vehículos pero vale la pena adentrarse en el bosque y llegar a los acantilados. Entremedio me gustó ver el mirador de Sa Talaia y sus vistas. Luego al sur la playa des Codolar y Sa caleta. Es cubells no está mal pero "cubells". Dentro de la reserva natural esta las salinas y bordeando las famosas playa de'n Bossa y es Cavallet. Por encima del puerto de Ibiza están las no menos bonitas playas de Talamanca, y cerca de Santa Eularia des Riu, cala pada, cala llonga, cala llenya y cala mastella. Muy cerca de estas calas está Punta Arabí y su mercadillo hippie. ya más al norte está Es pou des Lleó, rincón pesquero precioso con miras a la isla de Tagomago. Y en el norte recomendar Portinatx y su puerto y la playa de Benirrás , reconocible por su peñón . Por últimos el port de Sant Miquel y el Caló des moltons.

En mis últimas visitas a la isla he tenido la suerte de que gente de la propia isla me descubriera calas, restaurantes, locales nocturnos, etcétera. Que no suelen ser los más turísticos pero sí los más auténticos. Hay montones de bares "lounge" (música chillout, cómodos sofás, ambientaciones budistas e hindúes y buenas vistas), perdidos por la isla, donde disfrutar de un buen copeo con los amigos os la pareja, muy relajadamente. También, locales o pequeñas discotecas donde poder bailar sin el agobio de estar rodeado de 3.000 personas sudadas bailando a tu alrededor, aunque confieso que hay que vivir la experiencia. Pero lo más importante son la cantidad de calas y playas perdidas por toda la isla, donde muchas veces para llegar a ellas hay que dejar el coche e ir caminando durante algún tiempo hasta el destino, lo que provoca más encanto al lugar. Calas de pura piedra, donde solo hay tres o cuatro personas, calas con los barcos de pesca a tu alrededor, calas de espacio reducido pero vacías de gente. Mi cala preferida es Cala Xarraca, una pequeña cala con bastante gente, pero siempre hay sitio, donde puedes ir nadando a una pequeña roca en medio del mar y bucear a su alrededor con unas simples gafas de buceo y muchas ganas de observar el fondo marino. La isla blanca también es conicidad por su puesta del sol desde el café del Mar, pero realmente, las mejores puestas del sol no están ahí sino en diferentes calas y playas que se reparten por todo el sur de la isla desde Ibiza capital, pasando por San Antonio y llegando a Punta Galera.
