Ibis Gare hotel

This is the central station in Avignon. It's in front of the Cours Jean Jaures, that is to say, the walls at the entrance of the historical part of the city. It's very convenient if you're going to be visiting and not renting a car. There was a luggage room and they charge around 5 euros each suitcase, to leave them there up to 3 days. It tends to be expensive for just one afternoon, but a lot of people come during summer. They don't sleep in hotels because there are festivals and they're all booked up, so there can be a solution if you're there without a lot of money.
There's a bus that links this station with the Avignon TGV station, where the high-speed trains are.
