Cristina Favento
A bustling place
The name of this restaurant evokes the atmosphere of a soft, underwater world. Crouched just behind Piazza Unita, in the district of the Jewish ghetto, this is a secluded cocktail bar offering refined, but simple food. It's crowded with business people at lunch, but is also a hot spot in the evening, when it is bustling until the small hours. During summer, more tables are laid out. The dishes change daily, and are presented beautifully. To complete the music, there's fun music in the background, and closing time is announced by a Sinatra classic.
