A lovely place
The House of Tales is a lovely place in the heart of medieval Paris, Le Marais. It's where children come to hear stories, tales, fables and legends of oral tradition. There's also a large library with books from all countries such as Africa, the Caribbean and China. You sit to read and have coffee or tea, the walls have works of modern artists, generally illustrating stories, and you can buy the pictures and some books. They also have crafts workshops for children.
