Anantara Chiang Mai Resort

This hotel will strike you from the moment you walk through the front door. It's a real treat for the senses, giving a sense of tranquility. Everything is based on the Zen style, with teak flooring, open spaces, a lake with lotus flowers, large landscaped gardens, stunning Asian art pieces, huge vases, etc ... What really impressed me was the view from the balcony. Needless to say, the room is really awesome, one of the best I've ever stayed in, with a huge bed, a rotating plasma TV which you can watch from bed or from the sofa, and a Japanese couch. There was a bath with glass shower, separate from the toilet.
