This small hotel-restaurant is, along with the Parador, the most famous of this small town and is also situated on the busy and bustling square at the gates of the monastery.

The buildings houses 20 well-kept rooms for a price of around 70€ and a restaurant whose menu is based on local traditions and ingredients. The price of the menu is higher than many of the surrounding restaurants (20-30€), but the decoration, environment, and service more than make up for it.
