    Es de la primera mitad del siglo XVII y es uno de los edificios del cours Mirabeau que no pasan desapercibidos por su majestuosidad. André Elzéar d'Arbaud, presidente del Parlemento, se casa con Anne de Citrany en 1697. Tras la destrucción de tres antiguas casas, edifica su palacio en estilo regente, que así permanece hasta nuestros días.
