Hotel Barrio

This isn't a hotel. There's really no mention of what it really is anywhere. It's supposedly four stars. Both the restaurant and double rooms are very nice. The regular rooms are normal. It's like the cabins on the Titanic. It's not very central, but well connected by subway to two downtown stations and only costs 2.5 € by taxi. They do private parties with loud music until dawn. Not always, of course. It has WiFi, and you can pay by credit card in Euros or Lei.
