A home away from home
I stayed here in the winter of 2012, and it was definitely one of the best hostels I've ever been to. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with TV, a heater (essential, given Santiago's cold winters), a small toilet, free wifi, and a shared bathroom. The hostel is located in the Providencia neighbourhood, one of the best spots in the city. It offers breakfast in the morning, which is varied and delicious. The staff are friendly, and guests can relax in the reading room over a book or just shoot the breeze with other travelers. The hostel isn't too close to the metro station, but that's nothing a taxi or a leisurely stroll around the neighbourhood won't solve.
