To begin with, it’s a hostel that in reality has everything needed to be at least a 3 star hotel, if not more. To continue, the personal attention of the service, is extremely good, made by intelligent people, ready and willing to go that extra mile so that every customer leaves satisfied and then returns a bunch of times (and in fact many do return frequently).

The site is unbeatable, situated next to one of the most remarkable national parks, with an idyllic mountain environment. In the midst of a valley full of well-preserved beautiful Romanesque art.

The cuisine of the hostel is excellent, with a young chef who uses natural materials daringly serving more food than you can eat without being too modern. Basically, what "nouvelle cuisine" should be.
