Hopworks Urban Brewery

Hopworks is certainly a brewpub I would recommend if you're visiting Portland. It has 2 locations in Portland: SE Powell and N Williams. They both have great, down to earth, beer & bike culture vibes. They are both also very family friendly; with kid play areas to occupy the little ones. Hopworks is an eco-brewpub, and brews highly-rated, handcrafted beer from local ingredients. The buildings are sustainably operated, utilizing composting and renewable energy. The Hopworks bike bar on N Williams even has exercycles which generate energy for the store when customers cycle. The N Williams bike bar also has a huge outdoor garden patio; great for nice days.
