Great experience at a lighthouse
My experience at Higuer Lighthouse was really good. The lighthouse is not bad, but what are lovely are the cliffs that you can see, on the ocean and watch the sunset from there. Further down from the lighthouse to the beach you can go on a trail along the coast and with lovely views of the Bay of Txingudi. I went down the path with my kids aged 9 and 6 years, so its not hard to get to, but you always have to be careful. I went to early August, 2 days, the sun set over the oean at 9.15 pm. If you are going to Hondarribia, Higer Lighthouse is about 10 minutes drive. Worthwhile. Here are some photos.
