High Square

Alhaurin el Grande certainly surprises you with its old town which is a maze of winding streets and steps, leading to secluded spots like the Plaza Alta. The Plaza Alta is located between the end of Convent street and the road leading up to the church of Santa Vera Cruz and the beginning of Cruz street, both located in the historic city center. In the square you will find typical Andalusian buildings of the last century and large shady trees. The Plaza Alta is a good place to sit while reviewing the street of the city to continue the visit .
