Hervás Jewish Quarter
The frontier town of Hervás is well known for its conserved (and very well maintained) medieval Jewish quarter. Situated along the river, it is a neighborhood of narrow cobbled streets that are so narrow that cars cannot pass and people can only walk one at a time along. The houses in the neighborhood have flowery balconies and granite and stone architecture. I think it is fantastic that this neighborhood is as well preserved as it was in the Middle Ages.
