If you want to shop and have everything around you then this mall is for you. It's outdoors and full of trendy shops and eateries. Please note it closes at 17:30, just like the vast majority of businesses in the city. It can be reached by tram or by the free tourist bus that the city offers you.

They have recently done extensive updates to this once run down shopping centre. There are new restaurants better shops and of course the Melbourne Wheel.
