Half Marathon of the Reconquista Route

This XXIII edition of 2010, Cangas de Onis Athletics Club and the Municipal Sports managed to bring together some 840 participants at the starting line, led by double World Marathon Champion Abel Antón who took part in the test as a more popular corridor for a distance of 21 Km which start with a slight slope and found at Km 8.7 with a tough climb to the Real Sitio de Covadonga where its midpoint, and start back to Cangas de Onis by the same route that was lighter this year thanks to the time change (18:00 h) we were provided with a bit of relief from the heat and humidity that enveloped us throughout the entire day.
