Guilin Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area

Hola viajer@s, en este post os voy a comentar varias vivencias que he tenido en Guilin para que se os abra el apetito de nuevas aventuras, si lo que queréis es información a cerca de qué ver y cómo podéis dirigiros a Guilin El 16 de diciembre de 2016 me fui con una amiga de viaje a Guilin y Yangshuo. Viajé en tren rápido desde la estación sur de Guangzhou a la estación Este de Guilin. El billete de ida y vuelta me costo 344 RMB. Nos alojamos en Esase Hostel y en la misma reserva que hice a través de Hostelword.com me explicaron cómo ir con el autobús nº3 desde la estación de tren hasta la puerta del hostel. En el hostel nos ayudaron un montón, hablan muy bien ingles y están dispuestos a colaborar para que tu estancia allí sea agradable y productiva. Además de servicio de cocina de 7:00- 23:00 tienen una serie de excursiones organizadas a buen precio. Nuestro primer día en Guilin visitamos las cuevas de Reed Flute Cave, las pagodas hermanas del sol y de la luna y la colina del elefante. El segundo fuimos a ver los bancales de la colina del dragón y el pueblo de Dazhai. Me encantaron las terrazas talladas en la colina y el color pastizo que tenía todo el conjunto. Aún así, sospecho que mediados de Diciembre no es la mejor época para visitarlo. En esta excursión aprendí que el arroz se planta en primavera y se inundan las terrazas. En verano se drena el agua y el paisaje queda de un verde muy intenso y en otoño el arroz secado por el sol se torna de color paja y parece que observas una colina dorada. Si vais en diciembre, las plantas de arroz ya están cosechadas por lo que sólo se pueden observar las terrazas y cómo este año en diciembre esta haciendo mucho calor, tampoco hemos tenido la suerte de verlas nevadas. Aún así recomiendo mucho su visita siendo la época del año que sea. El tercer día cogimos un autobús hacia Yangshuo. Los autobuses salen cada 15minutos y cuestan 27 Rmb. El trayecto dura una hora y media o dos dependiendo del trafico y el estado de la carretera Si tenéis tiempo y os apetece hacer un crucero Lí, este trayecto os brinda muchas posibilidades, la única pega si la tiene es que es un trayecto difícil de hacer por tu cuenta. Los barcos no salen desde Guilin sino desde 25km al sur de Guilin y no hay un autobús directo hasta allí. Los hostels suelen venderte el pasaje del barco más el coche o autobús para llegar al puerto por unos 400 RMB con guía en Ingles o 300 RMB con guía en Chino Siguiente destino…. Yangshuo!! y la aventura continua

The boats leave from Guilin but not from 25km south of Guilin and there is a direct bus there. Hostels often sell the boat passage plus car or bus to reach the port by about 400 RMB with guide in English or 300 RMB with guide in Chinese next destination ....
