Gugut

A big house, a garden, a pool, and a playground for the children, all surrounded by lots of vegetation. This is the scenario that greets you as you approach this site, run by chef Augosto Bomfim, where you can enjoy a very regional menu. The prices can be scary at first, but they offer dishes that can serve up to four people. The menu is full of good, delicious food, with lots of meat and fish dishes. It's a bit far from downtown Rio de Janeiro, so most tourists don't go there, but it's worth the trip.
