Guane

Guane is a tiny village that's about 1 hour walk from the historic Barichara Camino Real. You can also get there from San Gil and walk to Barichara, but you should do the exact opposite because that way you walk downhill. Guane is just a village with some beautiful samples of colonial architecture. But the main attraction is its Archaeological Museum, which houses an interesting collection of marine fossils, books and objects from colonial times. You should check it out if you have a chance.
