Alligator tour where you can take photos and hold them
It is the biggest crocodile farm in Cuba, in Guama, a resort designed in the middle of the Laguna del Tesoro, part of the Natural Park of the Zapata Peninsula. In this breeding there could be over 10,000 crocodiles, which are seperated by zones, depending on size. The tour is guided and takes 45 minutes. 1st you get an explanation about them and they show you a skeleton, or small stuffed embryos in formaldehyde. Then you go through the swamps to see them, from the babies to the largest ones. They also do a demonstration of how to hunt them with a bow! And you can see how fast they eat their food when breeders throw them something.
